Enjoy Your Stay at Cartier Park!

Enjoy the numerous activities at Cartier Park including our paved bike trail, forested hiking trails, fishing docks, and small boat launch.

In addition to the opportunities available at Cartier Park, you’re just minutes from many more activities and points of interest: Miles of hiking trails in Ludington State Park, Lake Michigan’s sugar sand beaches and dunes. Visit historic White Pine Village. Canoe the Pere Marquette River. Weekly band concerts in neighboring villages. Local antique and craft shops. Hand pick sweet Michigan fruits and vegetables.

We begin taking 2010 reservations Feb. 1, 2010.

Firewood Alert!

Please do not transport firewood into the campground due to the infestation of the "Emerald Ash Borer". We are all working together to try to stop the spread of the insect and the destruction of Michigan's Ash Trees.

Alcohol Alert!

By City of Ludington Ordinance, it is not legal to have possession of, bring into, or drink alcohol in Cartier Park on Memorial Weekend, 4th of July Weekend(s), Labor Day Weekend, and during the Gus Macker Basketball Tournament
